How do I book a transfer?
You can book directly through our website booking form, by email at booking@blackrunner.com, or by calling +49 6372 6249040. Bookings are confirmed instantly once payment is processed.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. However, we can often accommodate same-day bookings subject to chauffeur availability.
Can I pay with a Government Travel Card (GTC)?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards including Government Travel Cards. Payment is secure and you receive an instant receipt for reimbursement.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 4 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full.
Are these shared rides?
Never. BlackRunner provides exclusively private 1:1 transfers. You do not share the vehicle with other passengers.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight automatically. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge.
Do you have base access?
Yes. All our chauffeurs have valid base passes for Ramstein, Vogelweh, and other KMC installations.
Are your chauffeurs English-speaking?
Yes. All BlackRunner chauffeurs speak fluent English. Clear communication is guaranteed.
What vehicles do you use?
We exclusively operate Mercedes-Benz vehicles: C-Class estate, E-Class estate, V-Class vans, and Sprinter vans.
How much luggage can I bring?
Standard Class: 2 large bags. First Class: 3 large bags. V-Class: 7 large bags. Sprinter: 15+ bags.
Can you accommodate a PCS move?
Yes. Our Mercedes Sprinter vans accommodate up to 8 passengers with 15+ bags, perfect for PCS moves.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes. We accommodate pets (dogs and cats) with advance notice. Pets must be in a carrier or on a leash.
Is the invoice reimbursable?
Yes. Our invoices are formatted specifically for government travel reimbursement (DTS).
When do I receive my invoice?
Your invoice is automatically sent to your email within 24 hours of service completion.
How do I submit for DTS reimbursement?
Log into DTS, navigate to your travel voucher, select "Ground Transportation,"" and upload your BlackRunner invoice.
How far is Frankfurt Airport from Ramstein?
Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by car. Our chauffeurs use the most efficient routes.
How much luggage can I bring?
Yes. We serve Frankfurt Airport (FRA), Frankfurt-Hahn Airport, Luxembourg Airport, and Saarbrücken Airport.
Can you pick up from off-base housing?
Yes. We pick up from any address in the KMC area — on-base housing, off-base apartments, hotels, or temporary lodging.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes. You can book both outbound and return transfers in a single transaction or separately.
